Since I quit my toxic work relationship, I now have a set schedule to work on commissions!Tue / Wed: 3pm - 6pm
Fri - Sun + Holidays: Depending on mood and work!There may be days I can finish many comms at once or I may need a few weeks to months to finish a single commission. Please have respect and patience with that. Commissions is a way for me to earn some pocket money! Thats why my prices are rather low :)PAYMENTS
• Payments must be 100% upfront. In worst case scenarios I also take 100% AFTER the sketch. Though this method is mostly used for the Design Commission.
• The payment must be done within 7 days. I will send a reminder after the 3rd day of sending a proposal. If you still do not pay after the 6th days, I will cancel the request.
• Payment plans are acceptable. (ex. you order on the 1st but can only pay on the 20th) - requests will still be cancelled if you do not pay after 7 days or don't notify me.
• I accept monthly payments / payment plans > You will not receive the commissioned piece until full payment has been reached.
• My services now have a 5% sale tax included. The price may vary a tiny bit!REVISIONS
• Revisions are unlimited until the product is finished. Afterwards you have to pay a revision fee.
• There will be NO revisions if you do not respond to my messages & updates in a time spawn of 24 hours. I will finish your commission then.
• There will be no revisions if you decide to add / change something entirely on the commission on the final product.
• I will fix mistakes after the final product if you are dissatisfied (wrong colors, missing something important)DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
• Deadlines have to be discussed with me in order to know whenever or not it has to be a rush fee - therefore must be paid a rush fee. Due to my work the delivery can last up to 6 months or more after marking the commission as W.i.P.
• Rush orders will have a fee depending on how fast you want the commission to be done. Differs from 15€ to 50€ <- ex. same-day delivery after payment.WORKFLOW
Majority of my services are "Surprise Me - Skeb" services to reduce long wait times and fast delivery.
Services that are still listed as "Communication Available" will have the progress of 2 different WIP lists.1. Methode > If your OC is complex or I found myself to have difficulties with it I will send you a sketch. (1st WIP) > Approval I will continue to flat color wutg simple shade (2nd WIP) > Approval and I will send the finished product on VGen.2. Methode > If you OC is rather simple > sketched/lined flat colors with simple shading (1st WIP) > if approval I will finish it and send the product on VGen.You CAN NOT choose about the methode! I choose it based on design T^T• I do not work in order. I start many artworks at the same time. The more complex, the longer it takes to finish > I will work on your commission but will also finish another commission which may be easier / faster for me.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
• You are allowed to use the commissioned piece as profile picture, wallpaper, posting on socials with PERSONAL USAGE
•You are allowed to use the commissioned piece on Streams with COMMERCIAL USAGE [Stream]
• You are not allowed to make any physical sellouts of the commissioned piece if you did not buy the [Commercial use - Merchandise]-fee.
• You are not allowed to sell the design. Please talk to me beforehand!
• I do not allow for my work to be used or turned into an NFT (Non-fungible token) under any circumstance.
• I do not allow for my work to be used for training in any AI "art" software.REFUNDS
• No refunds at any stage unless I will find myself in a position where I can not finish your commission.COMMUNICATION
• Communication can be done via Discord or VGen.
• Please do not message me daily for any updates - I unfortunately have a strict work life and therefore can only work so much on an artwork. Though you can frequently message me. (ex. every week or so.)
• If there are any issues with your artwork - dissatifaction or else - PLEASE message me. I am always trying my best to make my client happy!!
